– **Exclusions:** The warranty does not cover unauthorized disassembly, repairs, or modifications; damages due to improper use, accidents, or natural disasters; or issues occurring beyond the warranty period. Once purchased, products cannot be returned.
**Battery Warranty Policy:**
– **Warranty Period:** The battery is covered by a **5-year** warranty period, starting from the purchase date.
– **Coverage:** Under normal operating conditions, for performance degradation caused by manufacturing defects or material issues, the manufacturer will offer free replacement services.
– **Service:** Customers should contact the after-sales service center with a description of the issue and the purchase receipt upon noticing a decline in battery performance. The manufacturer will respond within **5 working days** and arrange for replacement services.
– **Exclusions:** The warranty excludes issues occurring beyond the warranty period, damages due to improper use, accidents, or natural disasters, and unauthorized disassembly, repairs, or modifications. Once purchased, products cannot be returned.

– **Coverage:** In normal operating conditions, for performance decline due to manufacturing defects or material issues, the manufacturer will provide free replacement services.
– **Service:** Customers should contact the after-sales service center with a description of the issue and the purchase receipt upon observing performance decline in the PV panels. The manufacturer will respond within **7 working days** and arrange for replacement services.
